In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Biswanath Somadder, Judge of the Calcutta High Court as a judge of the Allahabad High Court to assume charge of his office in Allahabad High Court on or before 17.10.2019.
