The Kerala High Court on Monday rejected the bail plea of Pulsar Suni, the first accused in the Malayalam actress assault and abduction case.

This is the third time that Sunil Kumar aka Pulsar Suni’s bail petition has been dismissed.

On February 17 this year, a seven-member gang led by Pulsar Suni assaulted and attempted to abduct a Malayalam actress.

Leading actor Dileep’s bail petition was dismissed by the court for the fourth time last week. Dileep is jailed under conspiracy charges in the case.

The controversial case has been throwing up several twists and turns.
