Recently the Indian Evidence (Amendment) Bill, 2003 has been proposed on the recommendation of the 185th Law Commission Report. The bill provides for DNA tests in paternity disputes. DNA Fingerprinting is one of the latest forms of forensic evidence, which uses substance from which chromosomes
